Arriving a few minutes early is always appreciated. •If you are 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time. •If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. •No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee, and may require a deposit for future bookings.
